1. Matsyasana (Fish Pose)
Stretch your legs out while lying on your back. Put your hands under your buttocks, palms down.
2. Uttanasana (Standing Forward Bend)
Place your feet hip-width apart and stand tall. Bend forward slowly from the hips, bringing your hands down to the floor or grasping your shins or ankles.
3. The Sirsasana (Headstand)
One of the most difficult yet effective yoga poses for hair development is sirsasana, which reverses blood flow and improves circulation to the scalp.
4. The Vajrasana (Thunderbolt Pose)
Sit on your heels while crouching on the ground with your legs together and your feet flat. Place your hands on your thighs and maintain a straight spine.
5. The Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand)
With your hands supporting your lower back, raise your legs, hips, and back off the ground while lying on your back. Stretch your legs upward while keeping them together.
6. The child’s pose, or balasana
Sit back on your heels while on your knees. Place your torso between your thighs and extend your arms forward to lower your forehead to the carpet.
7. Adho Svanasana Mukha
With your hands positioned slightly forward of your shoulders, begin on your hands and knees. Lift your knees off the floor, straighten your legs, and press your palms into the mat.
8. The Kapalabhati (skull-shining breath)
Sit with your back straight and comfortable. Breathe deeply, then push your belly toward your spine as you vigorously expel through your nostrils.
